The Villa, pied dans l’eau, is located within
the private domain of Cap Martin, not
accessible to the public, and is one of the
most exclusive sites on the entire Côte
d'Azur. Its privileged location includes
sumptuous villas in the Belle Epoque style.
The Villa, build on a plot of 8000 square
metres, offers and breathtaking views of the
Principality of Monaco and a direct access
to the sea. It guarantees a privileged
situation in an idyllic setting.
Interiors
The 365 square meters villa has five duplex and ensuite bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, two fully equipped
kitchens, a dining room, two living rooms and a cinema room. On the outdoor balconies you can eat and sunbathe.
Through the garden, there is direct access to the Promenade Corbusier and the rocky coves there.
The 365 square meters apartment comprises the first two floors of the villa, the most exclusive ones, but please note that
the upper floors are occupied by other condominiums.
